The 17th Liuyang Fireworks Cultural Festival is set to be staged on October 24 and 25, 2025. The 6th Liuyang Fireworks Conference (LFC), a major highlight of the festival, will feature six international teams from the United States, Japan, Hungary, Belgium, Sweden, and Slovenia, who will showcase their pinnacle pyrotechnic creativity and skill on the evening of October 25.
The US team crafts a performance titled "Bridges," painting a fireworks bridge spanning the sky with free-spirited American creativity.
The Japanese team, with the theme of "The Fang of Light: A Beacon of Hope," tells a brilliant story of the Land of Cherry Blossoms, igniting fireworks to dispel darkness.
The Hungarian team centers their creation around "The Silk Road," blending classic shell fireworks with modern Roman candles and single shots to take the audience on a musical and cultural journey spanning two nations.
Titled "The Swede Chasing the Light", the Swedish team simulates the ethereal beauty of the aurora with fireworks, showcasing the dynamic aesthetics of the transition between day and night.
Belgium delivers a grand show that centers on "Silk Road Reimagined", illuminating a dreamlike spectacle with the aesthetics of the Kingdom of Comics.
Slovenia presents an immersive four-chapter narrative, which journeys from "Soaring Dragon Wings: A Promise for the Future" to "Poetry of the Wildlands: The Eternal Emerald."
