On February 19, the Meixi Lake Art Museum in Changsha, China, grandly opens its doors, unlocking an art feast for art enthusiasts with four exhibitions, each with its own focus. These include "Celebrate Now!", the first large-scale solo exhibition in Central China by the Dutch national-treasure-level artist Florentijn Hofman, the "Father of the Rubber Duck", and "The Real Topology: International Media Art Exhibition 2025", which integrates art and technology.
As a modern and contemporary art museum dedicated to an international perspective and diverse cultures, the Meixi Lake Art Museum features a 33-meter-high atrium and exhibition hall space with a total area of 10,000 square meters. Zaha Hadid, with her signature curvilinear architectural language, broke the regular pattern of traditional exhibition halls, creating a fluid, continuous, and layered display space.
