On July 1, the 2024 Low-Speed Driverless Scenario Ecosystem Expansion Conference was held in Xiangjiang New Area to discuss the prospects of the low-speed driverless industry. The conference focused on promoting the road testing and demonstration application policies in Changsha. It is expected that the entire urban area of Changsha will be open for ICV (intelligent connected vehicle)testing by 2026.
ICV is one of the key industrial chains that Changsha focuses on. So far, nearly 400 enterprises related to the industry have settled in this city. The new policies of Changsha on ICVtesting and so onfocus on three aspects: road testing, innovative demonstration application scenarios, and industrial ecology, providing various guarantees for the development of the ICVindustry.
