Under the framework of the United Nation's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and China's BRI Initiative, three sessions of International Youth Forum on Creativity and Heritage along the Silk Roads & Changsha Media Arts Festival and two sessions of International Youth Forum on Creativity and Heritage along the Silk Roads & Changsha Media Arts Festival Special Dialogue have been jointly held by Changsha, UNESCO and National Commission of the People's Republic of China for UNESCO. Since the organization of the first forum in April, 2017, Changsha has set up an important platform for cultural exchanges with the BRI countries and member cities in UNESCO Creative Cities Network, opening a window and building a bridge to take Changsha culture out and invite international youth in. The forum has now become a major platform for Changsha to spread China's voice to the world's youth and promote cultural exchanges, advancing cultural diversity and people-to-people ties around the world.

It is now known that to build itself as an international cultural creativity center, Changsha will further its cooperation with UNESCO and member cities in Creative Cities Network, break new grounds in cultural innovation and creativity regarding scientific innovation, network communication and digital transformation, inject cultural impetus for cities' sustainable development and make ongoing efforts to jointly build a closer community with shared future for mankind.
