Volunteer recruitment for the upcoming 2019 International Youth Forum was complete on March 7 in Hunan University. This year we have altogether 3 rounds of recruitment, the other two being in Changsha Cultural Creativity Industry Association on March 2 and Central South University on March 6.

The interview consists of two parts. In the first part, candidates need to complete self-introduction and impromptu Question and Answer sessions, both in English. In the second part, candidates need to complete a 20-minute group discussion in Chinese.

During the recruitment, 237 candidates participated in the interview and it is estimated that 130 will successfully become volunteers or youth delegates.
