2017, 7th December, the 2017 China Happy City Forum was held in Beijing, on which the 2017 Report on China City Happiness and the list of 2017 the Happiest City in China were released. Changsha won the title of the Happiest City in China for the 10th consecutive year.
Changsha was awarded the Happiest City in China for the 10th consecutive year! At 6.pm, 7th December, thousands of LED strips at Wanda Plaza (Xiangjiang Middle Road) brightened the sky. Those lights read “Lucky to Have YOU in the Past Decade”, making it even more eye-catching in the gorgeous night of Changsha.
