Changsha Youth Center has provided nonprofit training course for elementary and secondary school students in the city since 2008. On July 1st, 2017, it comprehensively launches a new round of enrollment, recruiting students to learn music, dance, musical instruments, calligraphy, art, anchoring and performance, writing, Xiang Opera, Huagu Opera and Chinese ink paintings and some other 30 courses.
Each course, ranked as 4 different levels of enlightening, the primary, the secondary and the senior, satisfy the needs of students at different ages and levels.
