Hunan Art Expo presents Western Impressionism through multimedia

2015 “China·Hunan Art Exhibition” is open today. The expo highlights “Getting close to Impressionism” digital exhibition, which attracts audience to experience the history of impressionism in the past 100 years.

 

Mary Rhodes, the lineal descendant of the representative of the famous French Impressionism artist Paul Cezanne, also came to the exhibition with some French artists.

 

The art exhibition is reported to be composed of five parts, including Classic and Modern, Design and Space, New Media and Impressionism, Essence of Culture and Intangible culture Heritage, and Culture Inheritance. The Visitors can appreciate the paintings of Chinese famous artists like Qi Baishi and Chen Baiyi, the exquisite works of intangible culture heritage like Hunan embroidery, the latest art works from Beijing’s best gallery, and also the classic paintings of Victorian era in British history.
